Warranty Repair PolicyMicro Air, Inc. has a no nonsense unconditional warranty. We want you to feel confident knowing that all of our products and service parts are manufactured to the highest standard of quality and thoroughly tested prior to you receiving them. In the unlikely event that you should need to return a repaired handpiece under warranty, please read the following information regarding warranty returns.
Warranty Return Procedure
If you require warranty service, please send a copy of your paid invoice with the date of service, description of the problem or failure, and the defective handpiece to the address below. No preauthorization is required.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning handpieces for warranty repair. We are not responsible for uninsured products or repaired handpieces lost or damaged in transit.
Our warranty does not cover handpiece failures due to misuse or abuse, including but not limited to, dropping the handpiece, improper maintenance and sterilization procedures, or any other actions inconsistent with the manufacturers' recommended operating or maintenance instructions.
Warranties must be claimed within the set warranty period for each particular product repair. Warranty periods are clearly noted on each invoice.
Please note - New handpiece turbine assemblies are covered by the manufacturers’ warranty during the warranty period. If you require warranty service on a handpiece in which a new turbine was installed, please return the handpiece to us promptly so we can forward the turbine to the manufacturer and get it exchanged or repaired while the warranty is still in effect.

Credit Cards only: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
No international orders. All sales are in US funds.
Shipping & Handling
All shipments are made through the United States Postal Service unless special arrangements have been made in advance. We charge a flat rate fee of $4.95 per package of repaired handpieces. Free shipping is standard on all new handpieces purchased from Micro Air. All packages are sent USPS Signature Confirmation and must be signed for. If you need a special shipping service (overnight shipping, insurance, etc.) there will be an additional charge for that service. Please specify on your handpiece repair form any request for special shipping services. We are not responsible for uninsured products or repaired handpieces lost or damaged in transit.
For products that are not in stock, we will be happy to order them for you, subject to manufacturer availability and nominal handling fees. Special order items may be returned with a 20% restocking fee.
If you have ordered an incorrect product or have received an incorrect product, please report this error within 7 days of receiving the item(s) by calling 1-888-426-3727. All returned products must be in the original manufacturer’s packaging, in good and saleable condition, and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice with a reason for the return. Returned products must be received within 14 days of purchase to receive proper credit.
Important: Please check invoice against product label before opening or breaking the seal on handpieces and other products to verify that you have received exactly what you ordered.
Micro Air, Inc. makes no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, except that the products sold shall be of merchantable quality and customer assumes all risk and liability resulting from the use of these products whether individually or in combination with other products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the defective product.
At Micro Air, Inc. we do our best to maintain our low prices. Necessary adjustment may be made, however, in accordance with manufacturers' price increases or obvious typographical errors in prices or specifications.
Any information shared with Micro Air, Inc. is under certain privacy provisions. Information shared with Micro Air, Inc. will be handled by our organization and not shared, sold, or reproduced. Micro Air, Inc. will send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:
- We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested;
- We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of Micro Air, Inc. to provide a product or service to you. (Unless we tell you differently, these companies do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us.);
- To fulfill your requests for certain products and services;
- We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process.
All media (downloaded or samples), software, text, images, graphics, user interfaces, music, videos, photographs, trademarks, logos, artwork and other content on this web site (collectively known as "Content"), including but not limited to the design, selection, arrangement, and coordination of such Content on this site, are owned or licensed by or to Micro Air, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trade dress, and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights laws.
